How does HintFlow keep my screen sharing private?

HintFlow uses a semi-transparent overlay window that sits on top of other applications but is ignored by screen sharing software. This means when you share your screen in Zoom, Teams, or other platforms, others can't see the HintFlow interface or any suggestions it provides.

Do I need my own OpenAI API key?

While HintFlow works out of the box with our service, you can optionally use your own OpenAI API key for enhanced privacy and control. In future updates, we'll add support for using your own Grok, Claude, and Deepseek accounts.

What languages does HintFlow support?

While the HintFlow interface is in English, the app supports conversations in all languages supported by OpenAI models and other AI services. This includes English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Chinese, and many more. The AI will analyze and provide hints in whatever language you're speaking.

What happens to my conversation data?

We prioritize your privacy. Conversation data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers. If you use your own API keys, your data is processed directly through your account. We're also developing local transcription models to keep your data entirely on your device.

Which operating systems does HintFlow support?
